Where does Itchy Baby Co ship?

We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Asia, USA, Canada and the United Kingdom.

What are your shipping rates?

Australia ($AUD):

  1. Free standard shipping for orders over $59
  2. Flat rate standard shipping $8.99
  3. Express post available for $11.99

New Zealand ($AUD):

  1. Free standard shipping for orders over $79
  2. Flat rate standard shipping $11.99

United Kingdom (£GBP):

  1. Flat rate standard shipping £8.95

International Shipping to Asia, USA & Canada will incur a $29 AUD flat rate.

How long does shipping take?

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order details.

If you place your order after 12 p.m. AEST, it will be picked, packed, and
sent out the following business day.

Australia: Delivery can take 1 to 7 business days; however, most orders are delivered within 72 hours. Orders to Western Australia and regional areas may take longer.

United Kingdom and United States: Delivery can take 1 to 28 business days. Local taxes and duties may be charged on arrival.

What is your returns policy?

We strive for your complete satisfaction with Itchy Baby Co. products! Recognising that all skin is unique, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee (exclusions apply*). Our aim is to support parents in achieving happy, healthy skin for their precious little ones.

Please email with your name, order number, and reason for return within 30 days of purchase. Our friendly customer support will respond to you as soon as possible to assist.

In the meantime, please securely pack and seal the products andreturn them to:

When returning products, please keep your proof of return and your tracking number in case the parcel goes missing in transit. Once your parcel has been received, we will process your refund, which should arrive in your bank account within two business days.

  • No return or exchange is available for a change of mind.
