How do subscriptions work?

You can subscribe to receive an automatic delivery of Itchy Baby Co. products ever 2, 4 or 6 weeks. Each time your subscription renews and your card is charged, you'll receive a shipment of the products in your subscription. For example, if you start a fortnightly subscription, then the system will automatically charge your credit card each fortnight and your products will be shipped, without the need to reorder. It's a great way to 'set and forget' restocking your little one's skincare!

How do I set up an Itchy Baby Co. subscription?

It's super simple to create a subscription for your little one's skincare products. Just go to the product page, select the 'Subscribe and Save' option and choose your delivery frequency. Click 'Add to Cart' and repeat for any other products you wish to subscribe to. Complete the checkout process to add your payment and shipping details, and you're done!

Is there a minimum subscription period?

Yes, all subscriptions are subject to a minimum of 3 renewal payments. So if your subscription delivery frequency is set to every 4 weeks, your minimum subscription period is 12 weeks.

How does the pricing work - what happens if a product is on sale when my subscription renews?

When you subscribe, you get a discount on the product(s) based on your chosen delivery frequency. If there's a sale when you first subscribe, your next order may be full price with a subscription discount. For recurring payments during a sale, you'll pay the sale price minus the subscription discount. You will receive the subscription discount on every order.

How do I pause, change or cancel my subscription?

We understand that your little one's skincare needs change over time. After you have made the first three recurring payments as part of your subscription, you'll be able to pause, change or cancel your subscription when you need to. To do this, log in to the customer portal (you'll receive a link when you start your subscription). If you have trouble, you can also contact us at for assistance.

How frequently will I receive a shipment with my Itchy Baby Co. subscription?

You can set your auto-shipment to occur every 2, 4 or 6 weeks.

Can I add a bundle to my subscription?

No, at this time subscriptions are only available on single products.

What happens if my payment can't be processed?

If your payment can't be processed and your subscription can't be renewed, you'll receive an email notification with a link to safely update your payment method. Once the payment is received, your order will be fulfilled.

What are the shipping fees for subscriptions?

Standard shipping fees apply to subscriptions. If your subscription is over $59, you'll qualify for free shipping within Australia.
